Moorings Park Community Health is comprised of a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, Licensed Private Duty agency and Life Care Management services. Services include professional nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social worker as well as personal care provided by Home Health Aides and certified nursing assistants under the close supervision of a registered nurse certified in Geriatric Care management. We provide services to all of Collier County.
